The Mole Catcher’s Cottage will request information from our guests in order to fulfil a booking contract. This information is considered to be soley for legal and legitimate purposes and can be held for a period of seven years after which it will be securely disposed of.

Guest information includes:

The full name, address, contact number and email address for the lead person. Card payment details will be required by our booking / payment partners.

For guests outwith the UK, we will also by law require on arrival a the accommodation the following information:

Car registration number
Passport / ID info
Information on the next destination including an address if possible

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information which could be used to identify any individual.
